Our Tiny Tykes class is designed for little ones who are just learning to move independently. These classes are perfect for our youngest movers to explore different age appropriate equipment and surfaces. Our trainers will focus on the early motor (gross and fine) development skills seen in children 12-23 months. Parents/guardians are required to remain at our studio during the lesson and are encouraged to participate with their little one during the activities. 

Tiny Tykes

(12-23 Months)

Monday - Friday 1:00-1:45 pm

Our Mini Movers class is for children ages 4 to 6 years. At this age range children should be learning to perform most fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, galloping, hopping and more). Each lesson will include fun fitness activities and/or games to keep your little ones active and engaged. Our lessons may include obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and fun fitness twists on games (Mr. Fox, Bingo, Tic-Tac-Toe, Musical Hoops) and more!

Mini Movers

(4-6 Years)

Tues/Thurs 10:00-10:45 am

Monday - Friday 3:00-3:45 pm

Our Advanced Movements class incorporates multiple fitness components (cardio, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility). Each class will include age and developmentally appropriate equipment (light weights, TRX suspension straps, box jumps, etc.) These classes may be designed around interval training, circuits, strength stations, relays, and more.

(10-12 Years)

Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00-11:00 am

Mon-Thurs 5:00-6:00 pm

Open Gym is available for children 7-12 years who would like to come in and create their own workout and/or work on specific movements! Our trainers will be present for supervision and guidance for workouts.

Our Early Explorers class focuses on the fundamental gross (running, jumping, throwing, etc.) and fine motor skills (tying, zipping, twisting, etc.)  for children 2-3 years. These classes will involve activities that are age appropriate while incorporating academic concepts (colors, numbers, letters, shapes, etc.). Parents/guardians are required to remain at our studio during the lesson and may participate with their little one during the activities.

Monday - Friday 2:00-2:45 pm

Our Fundamental Fitness class is structured to target the following fitness components: cardio, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. By this age children should be able to perform all fundamental motor skills and may begin to practice body weight exercises. Each class will be slightly different but may include strength stations, obstacle courses, relays, and more!

Mon-Thurs 4:00-5:00 pm

Our Teen Class is for young adults who are looking for a full body workout! Each class incorporates strength, cardio, agility, balance, and flexibility exercises through the use of weights, kettlebells, TRX suspension straps, box jumps, and more!
